Hello all, sorry for the blanket post.

I have started a project to allow collaboration between GMs and
players.

The beginning design is to create a web application for players to
upload characters to and allow collaboration between GMs and the
players.

There will also be a simple UI for combat management/tracking and dice
rolling.

In addition this application will use recent technological
developments to have an offline mode that can be synced up with the
server later.

Currently the project is in the basic design phase with the original
requirements and usage cases written. While I am capable of doing this
all myself, I would love to have some help. So if you have opensource
or software development/design experience and would like to help I
would love to have the help.
